1. Membership

• Smartfry™ membership is available to restaurants, cafés, and food businesses using VITO oil filtration systems.

• Membership recognition (badge, certificate, welcome kit) is awarded based on compliance with Smartfry™ standards.

• Members may display the Smartfry™ badge and certificate in their establishments.

• Materials must not be altered, misused, or used in misleading ways.

• We do not sell or trade your personal data.

• Data may be shared only with trusted partners (such as VITO AG subsidiaries) strictly for program purposes.

Smartfry™ and VITO AG are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from participation, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial law.
